Verifikasie deur Simple-Shaped Model¶
Elasties statiese analise¶
Hierdie verifikasie gebruik 'n uitkragbalk meshed as getoon in Figuur 9.1.1. Analises was uitgevoer vir seven gevalle, exA deur exG, met die lasvoorwaardes varied as getoon in Figuur 9.1.2. Geval exG het die dieselfde lasvoorwaardes as exA, maar gebruik 'n direkte oplosser.
Die verifikasie resultaat van elke las voorwaarde is aangebied in Tabelle 9.1.1–9.1.7.

(2-2) exnl2: Elastoplastisiteit vervorming analise¶
Hierdie verifikasie probleem is gebaseer op National Agency vir Eindige-elementmetodes en Standards (U.K.): Toets NL1 van NAFEMS, en voer uit elastoplasties vervorming analise incorporating geometriese nie-lineariteit en veelvuldige verharding reëls. Figuur 9.1.4 toon die analisemodel.

Kontakanalise (1)¶
Hierdie verifikasie probleem is gebaseer op die National Agency vir Eindige-elementmetodes en Standards (U.K.) kontak patch toets probleem CGS-4, en tests die eindige-gly-kontak capability met wrywing. Figuur 9.1.5 toon die analisemodel.

In die sticking-wrywing stage, die wrywing krag is [ f_{c} = E_{t}\text{Δu} ] en in die sliding-wrywing stage, dit is [ f_{c} = \mu(G \cos \alpha + F \sin \alpha) ] .

Kontakanalise (2): Hertz kontakprobleem¶
Hierdie verifikasie analyzes die Hertz kontakprobleem tussen 'n oneindig long silinder en 'n oneindige vlak. Die silinder radius is R=8mm, en die Young-modulus E en Poisson-verhouding µ van die vervormbare liggaam is 1100Mpa en 0.0, onderskeidelik. Die kontak gebied is aangeneem na wees sufficiently klein compared met die silinder radius, en considering die symmetry van die probleem, 'n quarter-silinder model is ontleed.

(1) Verifikasie resultate van kontak radius¶
Die teoreties formule om te bereken die kontak radius is soos volg:
waar [ E^{*} = E/2(1 - \mu^{2}) ] . Onder die present berekening voorwaardes, wanneer die druk is \(F=100\), die kontak radius is \(a=1.36\).
Figuur 9.1.7 toon die ekwivalent knoopkragte by die kontak punte. Die kontak radius word verkry deur extrapolating hierdie knoop--krag verspreiding.

(2) Verifikasie Resultate vir Maksimum Skuifspanning¶
In die teoreties oplossing, by die kontak posisie [ z = 0.78a ] die maksimum skuifspanning is [ \tau_{\max} = 0.30\sqrt{\frac{\text{FE}^{*}}{\pi R}} ] . Onder die present berekening voorwaardes, [ \tau_{\max} = 14.2 ] . In vergelyking, die berekening gee [ \tau_{\max} = 15.6 ] .

(3) Modale analise¶
Die verifikasie modelle vir gevalle exJ en exK is identies na die modelle vir gevalle exA deur exG. Figuur 9.1.9 toon 'n schematic van die verifikasie model. 'N modale analise word uitgevoer op hierdie model. Die eerste deur derde eiewaardes word bereken. Geval exJ gebruik 'n iteratiewe oplosser, terwyl geval exK gebruik 'n direkte oplosser. Die verifikasie resultate word getoon in Tabelle 9.1.9 deur 9.1.12.
